We use USPS Priority shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $75. Items ship out 1-2 days after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Express shipping is the only guarantee service we provide.
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
We offer USPS International Shipping. International orders take 1-3 days to ship out plus 6-10 days to be delivered. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Shes Always Right inc. and cannot be refunded or resent.
